TEMPLATES FOR SUCCESSTM

Templates for SuccessTM are action templates for implementable activities that can be started in any community to promote and assure fee-for-service dentistry. Many templates exemplify means to promote dental health to the public in a manner that also puts fee-for-service dentistry or freedom of choice in the spotlight. Some templates are for personal success, clinical success, or managerial success.

The templates are and should be adaptable. Some dentists and groups may use them in a very personal and self-promoting manner, and AIDA thinks that is OK as long as no civil or ethical laws are broken. Other dentists and groups may use them in a more altruistic way. Whenever possible, examples of both types of uses will be given. All material is copywritten, and any use thereof may only be done with the express, written consent of AIDA's editorial board. Any downloading or printing of this material is construed to show agreement with this rule. AIDA's editorial board requires one month to process these requests; please schedule your needs accordingly.

The Templates for SuccessTM are in a secure area. All AIDA members have a code that will allow entrance and downloading of all templates, forms, documents, boilerplate, discussion groups, etc. These templates are the concrete products of AIDA and it is only fair that paying members should enjoy access and the fruits of their investment.
