State and Local Independent Dentist's Associations

Are you or your group the futurists, the change agents for your state, district, school, or local dental society?

If you have been inspired by our enthusiasm and would like to "set yourself on fire so that others will gather to watch you burn", please contact us to start an affiliate IDA.

We expect AIDA to evolve as a franchise model (with no fees of course), throughout the fee-for-service communities of the United States. We envision a tripartite AIDA, parallel to the ADA, with energy and representation for fee-for-service/freedom of choice to move from AIDA into Organized Dentistry.

State and local affiliates should follow the basic AIDA Model Dental Society as outlined on this web site, especially emphasizing education in leadership skills, marketing, human behavior, communications, and the psychology of the modern corporate entity. Only through leadership with this knowledge base will fee-for-service dentistry thrive, not just survive.

It is an opportunity for tremendous growth, for the profession and for the people.
