OPTIMAL
CARE
Optimal Care is care provided at a level of quality and service consistent with an accepted and measureable high level benchmark. For example, if a benchmark existed that all crown margins must fit to within forty microns to be clinically acceptable, then we could finally agree that all crowns with less accuracy are unacceptable. No controversy. Black and white.
AIDA hopes to change the bottom line of dentistry from "clinically acceptable" to Optimal Care.
