Can you with certainty say that managed care provides any lower quality of care than the poorer fee for service dentists always have? Does fee for service dentistry guarantee quality? Do you think that managed care practices are doomed to provide subsistance level dental care, or will they become competitive to fee for service practices as they mature and learn to improve quality at lower costs?
