Women have proven to have different needs and aspirations in dentistry than men. Some feel that the flexibility of hours and decreased managerial responsibility in a managed care practice has special appeal to women, and that traditional dentistry has made no move to provide for the same needs. What do you think? Are women the cannon fodder of managed care?
